Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of hot Japanese dishes
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering ingredients as needed
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to develop seasonal or special menus
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
