Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a wide range of hot Japanese dishes
- Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering ingredients as needed
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to develop seasonal or special menus
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a hot food chef specializing in Japanese cuisine
- In-depth knowledge of Japanese cuisine and techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a high-volume setting
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
