Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception
• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon their arrival at Trackman.
• Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about menu options, specials, and any other relevant details.
• Escort guests to their designated tables, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Reservation Management
• Receive and confirm reservations via phone, email, or online booking platforms.
• Maintain an organized reservation system, accurately recording guest information, seating preferences, and special requests.
• Manage seating arrangements efficiently, optimizing table turnover and maximizing occupancy while adhering to capacity restrictions.
Customer Relations
• Build rapport with guests and cultivate positive relationships to enhance their overall experience.
• Address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking resolution to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Anticipate guests' needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their dining experience.
Collaboration
• Work closely with restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel, to coordinate table assignments and ensure seamless service.
• Communicate effectively with team members to relay guest preferences, special requests, and any relevant information.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and assisting with general cleanliness as needed.
