Your ability to communicate effectively in both Russian and English will be crucial in ensuring a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment with a warm smile.
• Communicate effectively with guests, particularly in Russian and English, to meet their needs.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover.
• Provide menus and answer any questions guests might have about the offerings.
• Coordinate with the service staff to ensure smooth guest service operation.
• Assist guests with special requests and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Monitor the dining area to ensure a clean and pleasant ambience is maintained.
• Resolve any guest issues or complaints with professionalism and tact.
• Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed according to company policy.
• Assist with the organization of special events and private bookings if necessary.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of menu offerings and current promotions.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Russian and English is a mandatory requirement for this role.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clientele.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
