Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage guest reservations and maintain an organized waiting list using the reservation system.
  • Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated.
  • Provide accurate wait times and monitor the flow of guests in the dining area.
  • Coordinate with servers and management to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Assist in the preparation and setup of the dining area before service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Uphold company standards for hospitality, appearance, and guest relations at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 4 years of experience in a hostess or front-of-house role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the dining area as needed.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support colleagues as needed.
