Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage guest reservations and maintain an organized waiting list using the reservation system.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated.
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor the flow of guests in the dining area.
- Coordinate with servers and management to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Assist in the preparation and setup of the dining area before service.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold company standards for hospitality, appearance, and guest relations at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 4 years of experience in a hostess or front-of-house role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in reservation management systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the dining area as needed.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support colleagues as needed.
