Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and manage bookings efficiently.
Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Meet sales targets and actively contribute to the company s growth objectives.
Ideal Skill Sets:
Minimum of 3 years experience in holidays, leisure, or travel consultancy roles.
In-depth knowledge of destinations, hotels, and travel products.
Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in costing, booking platforms, and travel management tools.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.
