Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Holiday Product Executive to join our travel product team. The ideal candidate will support the development, planning, pricing, and management of holiday packages, ensuring they meet market demands and deliver excellent customer experiences. You will collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and partners to deliver competitive, compelling, and profitable holiday products.


  • Research and analyze global travel trends to identify new holiday product opportunities.
  • Develop and curate holiday packages tailored to different customer segments.
  • Negotiate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other suppliers for competitive rates and inclusions.
  • Create and maintain detailed itineraries, costing sheets, and package documentation.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and pricing to ensure our products remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams for product promotion and seamless execution.
  • Evaluate product performance through customer feedback, sales data, and profitability analysis.
  • Handle product updates, availability, and seasonal adjustments in coordination with internal systems.
  • Ensure all products comply with regulatory requirements, travel advisories, and safety guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product development or operations within the travel/tourism industry.
  • Strong understanding of international travel markets and destinations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of reservation systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
