Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manages and supervises the Production Preparation org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Production Preparation
Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
Manages and supervises multiple org units within Production Preparation
Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
Functional accountability for Production Preparation on country level
Ensures the implementation of LEONI Operating System in the country organization
Ensures activities for production preparation
Drives improvement initiatives regarding production preparation activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Education Level : Mechanical / electrical engineer or at least 10 years of experience in the field
Language: English & French
Experience : Min 7 years with a management experience at least 3 years
Communication
Social & intercultural sensitivity
Specific criteria : Management position in the field (installation, programming, configuration, and maintenance of production equipment, assembly) with at least 5 years of experience.
