Hiring UAE National - Junior Sales Executive TASC Labour Services L.L.C

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Drive individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain clean and visually appealing product displays.
• Handle billing, POS transactions, and provide after-sales service.
• Assist in stock replenishment, inventory counts, and stockroom upkeep.
• Stay updated on product features, promotions, and pricing.
• Resolve customer queries or escalate as needed to the store supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Presentable, polite, and customer-service-oriented.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic understanding of retail sales, POS, and customer engagement.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
