Hiring UAE National - Collection Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email, or in-person visits to follow up on overdue accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements while adhering to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for management.
• Work closely with the finance and sales teams to resolve billing disputes and payment issues.
• Monitor customer account status and recommend actions for high-risk accounts.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to debt collection.
• Escalate cases to legal or recovery agencies when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations while maintaining professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
