Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and schedule daily production to meet customer deadlines. Supervise fabrication teams and ensure safe working practices. Monitor production processes and adjust workflows to improve efficiency. Ensure machines, tools, and equipment are properly maintained. Check product quality and make sure work meets specifications. Manage inventory of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers. Solve production problems and support workers on the shop floor. Track production costs and reduce waste where possible. Train and guide employees to improve skills and performance. Communicate progress and issues to management and other departments.
