Job Overview

The Instrument Fitter will be responsible for installing, routing, testing, and maintaining tubing and instrumentation systems in industrial and construction environments. The role requires strong knowledge of technical drawings, precision installation, and pressure testing procedures.
Key Responsibilities

  • Install and route tubing between various instruments and control devices.

  • Interpret and follow P&ID , hookup drawings , schematics , isometric drawings , and tubing layout plans .

  • Perform hydraulic and pneumatic pressure testing for leak detection and system integrity.

  • Assist in assembling instrumentation supports, brackets, and fittings.

  • Ensure all installation work is in compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines.

  • Report any material, tool, or technical issues to the supervisor.
