Job Title: Client Relationship Manager – Business Formation & PRO Services Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-time Visa Requirement: Must hold a valid UAE Residence Visa (Mandatory) Job Summary We are hiring an experienced and target-driven Outdoor Marketing Executives/Officers to lead and grow in Sales & Marketing in business formation, management consultancy, government transactions services, PRO services, licensing, Amer, Tasheel, immigration consultancy, and travel & tourism services. This role is for professionals with strong UAE market experience who can drive revenue growth and manage high-value clients. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through Direct client approach, Marketing Strategies, Creating customers for life-time, B2B sales, and Closing deals. Market services related to business formation (Mainland & Freezone), trade licensing, Immigration visa services, management consultancy & government transactions & corporate services. Handle client consultations, B2B sales and close high-value deals Achieve monthly Target 30,000 AED - 50,000 AED and sales targets Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups Maintain accurate CRM and sales reports

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements only serious & determined 1–3 years UAE outdoor Marketing experience candidates who have achieved 50,000 AED of business net profit in last 6 Months consecutively in: Business Setup PRO / Government Transactions Services Licensing Amer & Tasheel Immigration / Visa Services Travel & Tourism Sales Management Consultancy Strong communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP and Freezone processes Must hold a valid UAE residence visa Bachelor’s degree preferred Multilingual advantage: Tamil / Malayalam / Hindi / Tagalog / English Salary Package (Performance-Based Fixed Salary) AED 4,500 – Achieve AED 50,000 net profit AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 – Achieve AED 65,000 net profit AED 8,500 – Achieve AED 70,000 to AED 80,000 net profit Additional incentives for overachievement
