Roles & Responsibilities

Mission
We are looking for a dynamic and competent HELPDESK TECHNICIAN to join our team of the Digital Services Department at HUIR. He/she will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining workstations and digital tools, providing level 2 support to users, and escalating complex incidents to the appropriate teams to ensure the continuity of the IT service.

Your main missions will be:

Permanent missions:
- Commissioning, deployment, maintenance and transfer of micro-computer equipment as part of the equipment plan (park) and new projects.
- Installation of office software (Office, web, email, ... etc.) and business software.
- Level 2 hardware and software support.
- Escalation to level 3 if necessary with the ad hoc teams of the Digital Services Department or others.
- Implementation and management of videoconferencing systems.

Specific missions:
- Hotline support when needed.
- Testing new technologies, new software versions.
- Contribution to the implementation of Master(s).
- Technology watch.



Profile
Education: Diploma in systems and networks, computer maintenance or technical support (DTS, BTS, DUT, or equivalent diploma).
Experience: 2 years and more.

Required Competencies:

- Proficiency in Windows operating systems;
- Solid knowledge of hardware and software management;
- Ability to administer workstations using appropriate tools;
- Ability to implement Internet technologies;
- Experience in the installation and configuration of wireless networks;
- Ability to carry out level 1 interventions on the networks.
