Heavy Goods Vehicle Maintenance Manager

Main missions:   

• Organize, plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet of machinery and heavy goods vehicles.
• Ensure maximum equipment availability to guarantee business continuity.
• Supervise and train teams of technicians and mechanics.
• Define and monitor performance indicators related to maintenance.
• Optimize maintenance costs while guaranteeing the quality of interventions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental protection standards.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers (spare parts, subcontracting).
• Ensure regular reporting to management.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic breakdowns of machines.
• Plan and control maintenance interventions on site and in the workshop.
• Track spare parts consumption and manage inventory.
• Propose technical and organizational improvements to increase the lifespan of machines.
• Establish and manage maintenance budgets.
• Implement monitoring procedures and tools (CMMS, technical sheets, schedules).
• Ensure regulatory compliance of equipment (technical inspections, approvals, etc.).
