Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maneuver heavy buses safely and efficiently through diverse Indian road conditions, including congested city streets and challenging rural terrains.
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company policies, ensuring passenger and road user safety at all times.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections, meticulously checking brakes, tires, lights, and other critical components to identify and report any mechanical issues.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with boarding, alighting, and luggage, and addressing their queries politely.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (HDV) with a clean driving record, demonstrating legal compliance and responsible driving.
- Holds a minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent, indicating a basic level of education and literacy.
- Has a minimum of 3 years of experience driving heavy vehicles in India, showcasing practical experience and road awareness.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Hindi and English, enabling effective communication with passengers and colleagues.
