Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Director of Design and Planning on healthcare projects
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of healthcare facilities across multiple locations
- Collaborate closely with architectural design teams and project management teams to meet project objectives
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams on large-scale healthcare developments
- Support business development activities through client engagement and relationship management
- Contribute to proposals, bid documentation, and contract negotiations
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to support project acquisition and delivery

Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in healthcare planning or medical facility projects
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Strong client-facing and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Hands-on experience with both greenfield and brownfield healthcare projects
- Exposure to healthcare developments ranging from mid to large-scale project values
- Proficiency in architectural and design planning software
