Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure strict implementation of the company’s HSEMS procedures and functional procedures in day-to-day work and throughout the contract Period.
- Ensure the contractor’s engineers, foremen and safety officers are aware of the company’s HSEMS procedures and functional procedures such as incident reporting, risk analysis, job safety analysis, and permit to work etc.
- Provide necessary safety training to all personnel.
- Periodically review competency and skill of all personnel and provide time to time trainings on safety.
- Ensure all foremen and workmen use required PPE as relevant to potential hazards associated with work.
- Maintain and update safety documentation, records, and permits.
- Support management in implementing environmental sustainability initiatives.
- Liaise with all teams and authorities on HSE matters.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with valid Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) membership card.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum Ten (10) years of experience with last 5 years in Maintenance work.
- Experience in Construction and maintenance scheduling, such as CPM, or Gantt Charts, using different Computer Software
