The Health Care Quality Officer plays a vital role in ensuring that health care services provided by the organization meet established quality standards. Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare quality improvement role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and accreditation standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to lead quality improvement projects in clinical settings.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with diverse healthcare teams.
  • Certification in quality management or healthcare management is highly desirable.
