Responsibilities Paramount to success within this varied role will include; Monitor and enforce standards of safety in compliance with KEO s Health & Safety Management System & Client requirements. Establish a working relationship, promoting and advising on H&S issues with the Contractors and KEO team members. Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the SMS, reviewing and recommending revisions as necessary. Monitor and report on the implementation of the SMS by KEO site teams. Review and analyse the project incident data and report to relevant parties. Carryout daily inspections of the projects to ensure compliance and where applicable make recommendations for change. Liaise with the Contractor and KEO management team on all aspects of H&S planning for site activities. Review contractor and sub-contractor H&S records regularly to ensure compliance with safety procedures and policy. Investigate breaches of safety regulations and produce appropriate reports as required by KEO and its clients. Assist and coordinate activities during emergencies. Take part in accident investigations and developing procedures to prevent future occurrence. Qualifications To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years years' career experience partnered with either a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Health or Environmental disciplines.
