Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate wait staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Take and manage customer orders, ensuring quality service.
  • Train and guide new waiters on service standards.
  • Handle customer complaints politely and efficiently.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 2 3 years of experience as a Head Waiter in fine dining or casual restaurants.
  • Strong English communication and customer service skills.
