What You ll Do

* Lead, train, and inspire spa therapists to deliver luxury-level service.
* Schedule team shifts and allocate resources based on guest needs and operational flow.
* Perform high-standard spa treatments and wellness therapies.
* Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and maintain service quality.
* Oversee daily spa operations, including inventory, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep.
* Address guest feedback professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
* Promote spa services, upsell treatments and retail products to drive revenue.
* Develop treatment protocols, training modules, and service improvement plans.
* Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and local licensing requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of treatments, revenue, team performance, and supplies.

Ideal Profile

* Prior experience as a Senior or Head Therapist in a luxury hotel or spa.
* Diploma or recognized certification in massage, beauty, or holistic therapy.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* High attention to guest personalization, hygiene, and treatment consistency.
* Sales-oriented with a proven track record in upselling spa services and products.
* Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.
* In-depth knowledge of health, wellness, and safety regulations.
