Roles & Responsibilities


Description
Sponsorship Strategy & Execution
• Design and implement the sponsorship strategy across all company events.
• Develop sponsorship packages and value propositions tailored to different industries and sponsor types.
• Work closely with the event production and marketing teams to align sponsorship offerings with event objectives.
Business Development & Relationship Management
• Leverage personal and professional network to identify and approach potential sponsors.
• Build, nurture, and sustain relationships with senior decision-makers and brand partners.
• Act as the key point of contact for all sponsorship clients pre, during, and post-event.
Revenue Generation
• Identify new revenue opportunities via brand partnerships, co-branded events, and multi-event deals.
• Negotiate terms and close sponsorship agreements.
• Ensure timely payments and sponsor satisfaction to encourage renewals.
Consultancy & Strategic Insight
• Provide expert consultancy to the internal team on trends in sponsorship, partner expectations, and industry benchmarks.
• Mentor junior team members or internal sales staff (if applicable).
Reporting & Evaluation
• Track pipeline, conversion rates, and sponsorship ROI per event.
• Prepare regular reports for management on progress, challenges, and market insights

Desired Candidate Profile


Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sponsorship or similar roles.
• Proven experience in negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
