Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Personally lead sales conversations with Directors, CFOs, and other decision-makers.
- Create sales playbooks, proposals, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation and with customer success for account expansion.
- Hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales team as the company scales.
- Own revenue targets and deliver consistent growth.
Requirements
- 5 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Strong understanding of HR workflows and decision-making cycles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a startup/scale-up environment.
- Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
