Job Description Head of Sales (SMB)
Location: Remote (Egypt-based) Managing Sales Team in Saudi Arabia
Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer / GM

Role Summary

LeaderGroup is seeking an experienced Head of Sales (SMB Segment) to lead and drive the company s sales strategy for ERP systems, software solutions, and system integration projects . The position will be based remotely in Egypt while directly managing the sales team operating in Saudi Arabia .
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in ERP and software solution sales , preferably within a system integrator environment , and a solid background in managing SMB clients and handling government or enterprise projects in the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Leadership & Strategy
• Define and execute sales strategies to grow SMB accounts in Saudi Arabia.
• Oversee pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue targets.
• Align sales execution with LeaderGroup s strategic objectives.
• Team Management & Development
• Lead, coach, and mentor the Saudi-based sales team remotely from Egypt.
• Establish performance targets, KPIs, and continuous development plans.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, presales, and delivery teams.
• Business Development
• Expand LeaderGroup s footprint in the SMB market through new partnerships and clients.
• Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure (ERP, software solutions, digital transformation).
• Work with marketing to design campaigns targeting SMB clients in Saudi Arabia.
• Client & Account Management
• Manage key SMB accounts and ensure customer satisfaction across existing projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to decision-makers in government and enterprise sectors.
• Drive account expansion and renewals.
• Market Intelligence & Growth
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the Saudi SMB sector.
• Provide structured feedback to product and solutions teams.
• Regularly report performance, challenges, and market insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience:
• 15+ years in sales leadership with at least 5 years in ERP/software/system integration.
• Strong track record in ERP sales (ERPNext, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) .
• Experience in managing remote sales teams .
• Prior work with SMB and government/enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and remote team management.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Deep knowledge of ERP solutions and digital transformation.
• Fluent in English ; Arabic highly preferred.
