Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and oversee all phases of multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.

Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, and budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.

Coordinate with internal engineering teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation plans to ensure timely and successful completion.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations across all project sites.

Resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and challenges promptly and professionally.

Drive client engagement, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 14 year and maximum of 20 years of experience.

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of construction processes, fit-out, and finishing works.

Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.

Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.

Familiarity with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes.
