Roles & Responsibilities

1.Responsible for managing the full-cycle process of partners, from onboarding to operation to exit. Define entry and exit standards, set partner behavior guidelines, organize contracts and supplementary agreements, and ensure a unified strategy for partner management and channel development across different regions and countries.
2.Develop partner grading and incentive systems. Establish monthly and quarterly evaluation and management standards, improve reward and penalty as well as bidding mechanisms, and create a closed-loop system for evaluation, rating, and bidding to ensure healthy partner development and a fair, open, and transparent system.
3.Build a partner management BP mechanism, work with frontline teams in different regions and countries, promote policy implementation and product system updates, strengthen organizational structure and product tool support, and improve operational efficiency.
4.Design partner structure plans for different regions and countries, provide guidelines, and work with fulfillment teams in various locations to implement optimization strategies.
5.Build a scalable partner training system, including both online learning and offline skill development. 1.Compete with global players: Broaden your international business perspective and gain practical, hands-on experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

1.Bachelor s degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in partner strategy, vendor operations, or logistics delivery.
2.Skilled in evaluation, incentives, and process or mechanism design. Experience in building projects or optimizing partner systems from scratch is a plus.
3.Excellent project management, communication, and cross-department collaboration skills.
4.Aim for accuracy: Be careful, seek the real truth, and act with strong execution. Look at problems from different angles and avoid getting stuck in old ways.
5.Open attitude: Study issues with an open mind, stay fair, and make sure to know the facts well.
6.Keep building expertise: Always improve professional skills, balance standard processes with flexible ideas, and pay attention to building a good system for talent development.
