What You ll Do

* Develop and execute strategies to grow the Islamic wholesale banking portfolio, including new business acquisition and market share expansion
* Lead and supervise sharia-compliant financial transactions across financing, investments, and risk management
* Monitor divisional financial performance, implement corrective measures as needed, and ensure alignment with business goals
* Oversee a team of professionals by setting goals, mentoring talent, and evaluating performance in collaboration with department leadership
* Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, and financial institutions to strengthen FAB Islamic s market presence
* Ensure full compliance with Islamic finance laws, guidelines, and international banking standards
* Contribute to achieving the division s financial targets and support overall corporate strategy
* Act as a key point of leadership in aligning FAB Islamic s services with both commercial value and religious integrity

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within Corporate or Investment Banking
* Deep understanding of Islamic finance principles, instruments, and regulatory frameworks
* Proven track record of leading successful teams and delivering results in a competitive banking environment
* Strong relationship management, strategy development, and performance monitoring skills
