Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with overall business and digital transformation goals
• Lead digital initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and compliance
• Drive modernization efforts including automation, cloud migration, and business intelligence
• Oversee the in-house core system built on .NET and C# with Oracle Database, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security
• Manage system upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Ensure seamless integration of the core system with over 120 internal and external systems, including payment gateways and service providers
• Manage a mobile application developed in Flutter, focusing on performance, stability, and user experience
• Oversee app integrations with core systems and third-party APIs, and coordinate updates and feature rollouts
• Oversee data center infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, and cybersecurity
• Ensure high system availability, disaster recovery preparedness, and infrastructure capacity planning
• Maintain cybersecurity compliance with relevant regulatory and data protection standards
• Manage Cisco telephony systems, ensuring efficient call routing, system performance, and CRM integration
• Lead, mentor, and manage IT teams across software development, infrastructure, and support
• Establish and enforce IT governance policies, security standards, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including QCB and AML/CFT standards
• Oversee IT budgets, vendor contracts, and project delivery timelines
