Position: Head of High School/Director
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: ARKS, Bahrain

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Master's Degree in Education or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in an educational leadership role
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the United Kingdom curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in staff management and development
- Ability to lead strategic planning initiatives for academic excellence
