Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate general services (maintenance, security, supplies, etc.)
Oversee the management of the company's equipment.
Receive and process requests from structures and projects for maintenance products, consumables and office equipment needed by the various departments.
Managing external service providers and service contracts.
Implement procedures to optimize costs and resources.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations.
Manage the budgets allocated to general services and monitor expenses.
Keep the heritage inventory file up to date.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bac +4.
More than 3 years of professional experience in the management of General Services.
Excellent command of computer tools.
Proficient in ERP software preferably.
Skills in project management, negotiation, and management.
Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in force.
