Missions

Premises management:

Supervise the upkeep and maintenance of the premises.

Guarantee a functional and pleasant working environment (reception, meeting rooms, collaborative spaces).

Organize moves or adjustments related to the growth of the group.

Planning and organization of work:

Develop the work execution plan.

Establish and monitor office cleaning schedules.

Real Property Management:

Monitor the rental management of the apartments.

Identify the equipment and service needs of the various subsidiaries.

Procurement and purchasing:

Launch purchase requests: selection of suppliers, calls for tenders, negotiation and follow-up of orders.

Ensure the availability of office supplies.

Budget monitoring and optimization:

Prepare and monitor the annual budget for general resources.

Optimize costs while ensuring quality and compliance of services.

Implement monitoring and reporting tools on consumption and expenses.

Profile

BAC +3 in Management, Economics or related field.

Significant and successful experience of at least 5 years in a similar position.

Excellent negotiation, persuasion and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently.
