Responsibilities (duties and responsibilities):

• Take into account and communicate its hierarchy any risks that may jeopardise the exercise of its activity, and implement appropriate actions in accordance with the guidelines.
• Read and interpret any drilling and firing plan.
• Carry out underground excavations, install arches, execute project concretes.
• Support and maintain the grounds to ensure better exploitation.
• Ensure the proper functioning of production equipment.
• Ensure the handling, storage and transport of explosives and accessories in accordance with the regulations and ensure that safety measures are strictly observed. Supervise the team of miners and ensure the rational use of explosives.
• • Determine drilling sites and necessary explosive charges Take charge of mining operations.
• Carry out any mission or task related to his/her position and in relation to his/her skills and abilities within the framework of the work, and not expressly described in this job description.

In terms of QHSE:

• Respect and ensure compliance with the general safety instructions and rules in force within !' enterprise.
• Ensure the application of the procedures and rules dictated within the framework of the Integrated Management System.
• To contribute to workers' awareness of the prevention of occupational risks and the environment.
• Suggest any improvements deemed useful and necessary (in particular on methods, work procedures, choice of materials and adaptation of equipment) to increase yields and strengthen the safety, health of workers and protection of the environment.
• Ensure that appropriate collective and personal protective equipment (EPC and PPE) is provided and worn.
• Educates his team about the risk-based approach.
• Capitalizes on any feedback from experience, communicates its hierarchy on the need to review the planned provisions and shares with its collaborators the knowledge acquired or modified.

Conditions of access:

• General training: TS in construction + experience of 03 04 years old.
• Professional training: Knowledge of the quality principles of the IMS.
• Professional experience: 3 4 years.
