Head Of Finance & Accounting

Summary:
As a Head Of Finance & Accounting, you will be responsible for strategic investment planning, capital expenditure management, financial risk management, cost control, budgeting, financial reporting, performance measurement, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the financial health and growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Investment Planning: Assess potential investment opportunities, evaluate their financial viability, conduct risk analysis, and provide recommendations on strategic investments aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Capital Expenditure Management: Develop and implement processes for managing capital expenditures, including project evaluation, approval, tracking, and reporting. Ensure efficient allocation of resources and monitor the return on investment for capital projects.
Financial Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks associated with cost control, investments, and other financial activities. Develop strategies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Cost Control and Analysis: Monitor and analyze costs across various entities or projects, identify areas of cost reduction or optimization, and develop strategies to control expenses while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop annual budgets, provide financial insights for decision-making, and forecast financial performance based on market trends, business goals, and historical data.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 15-20 years of experience in a similar position, in an INDUSTRIAL B2B environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work with central financial teams, investment teams and answer to financial needs of the department
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial management software
Strong knowledge of the Moroccan tax laws and regulations (required)
Strong attention to detail
Strong project management skills
Strong Excel skills
