Manage and oversee all design process and projects from conception through to final styling

Create detailed design plans, and evaluate the latest fashion trends of the ready to wear and bridal; as well as, assist in the haute couture and client design

Approve final designs and make necessary alterations based on feedback

Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration

Study design briefs and determine requirements for the Ready to wear and bridal

Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services

Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts

Liaise with the marketing, sales and design teams to ensure deadlines are met

Ensure product is in agreement with business strategy

Select fabrics and trims

Create production sketches for development packages

Lead and mentor a team of designers to foster professional development and ensure high-quality output

Structure the team to best divide and execute work

Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company s overall goals
