Roles & Responsibilities
Head of Electromechanical Workshop
Responsibilities:
- Organize, coordinate and supervise the electromechanical work of the workshop.
- Supervise and train technical staff.
- Plan the interventions and distribute the tasks.
- Diagnose faults and supervise repairs.
- Manage the stock of parts and ensure supply.
- Ensure that the work complies with safety and quality standards.
Skills:
- Solid mastery in electricity, mechanics and electromechanics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams.
- Skills in preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Leadership, rigueur et organisation.
- Knowledge of HSE (Hygiene, Safety, Environment) standards.
