Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and launch of the company's first e-commerce website.
• Manage vendor/agency relationships for website development, UX/UI, payment systems, and logistics integration.
• Develop and implement an e-commerce sales strategy to maximize online revenue and profitability.
• Define KPIs, track performance, and optimize campaigns to achieve growth targets.
• Introduce digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, email, social commerce, influencer partnerships).
• Stay updated with e-commerce trends, digital innovations, and competitor activity.
• Identify opportunities for new revenue streams such as marketplaces and omni-channel integration.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
• 7+ years' experience in e-commerce, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of launching or scaling e-commerce platforms (preferably in retail, beauty, or personal care).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and online sales strategies.
