Roles & Responsibilities

We’re Hiring: Head of E-commerce | Based in Qatar �

Are you a dynamic, result-driven leader ready to scale one of the fastest-growing digital commerce operations in the GCC? We are looking for a Head of E-commerce who can own strategy and execution — from platform management to customer experience, logistics, and revenue growth.

This is a high-impact leadership role with full P&L ownership, giving you the chance to shape the future of our digital business.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a robust GCC-focused e-commerce strategy
  • Oversee platform performance (web & app) and drive continuous optimization
  • Build and enforce SOPs across operations, logistics, and customer experience
  • Own the P&L — ensuring growth, cost efficiency, and healthy margins
  • Lead growth marketing (SEO, SEM, CRM, social, marketplaces, affiliates)
  • Analyze KPIs to make data-driven decisions and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchandising, logistics, IT, retail)
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing e-commerce team

Desired Candidate Profile

Who You Are

  • 7–12 years’ experience in e-commerce or digital business, with GCC exposure
  • Proven success in scaling revenue and improving operations
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CRM, digital marketing, and analytics
  • Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented, and meticulous with details
  • Strong leadership skills — ready to step into a senior role

� Education

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
  • MBA or equivalent post-grad qualification is a plus

� Compensation

  • Monthly Salary: QAR 25,000 – 30,000 -negotiable for the right candidate.
  • Quarterly incentives based on divisional performance

� Location: Qatar (GCC-based candidates open to relocation are welcome)
