Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and oversee the digital marketing strategy for the company and its projects

2. Manage and optimize the company s digital platforms

3. Ensure strong online brand presence across social media, search engines, and third-party portals.

4. Monitor market trends and competitors to keep the company at the forefront of digital innovation in real estate.

5. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align digital strategies with overall business goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Academic Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or digital specialization preferred)
  • Should have knowledge of :(Computer skills specific software programs skills required to perform job duties)
  • Strong knowledge of digital channels: performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, programmatic advertising, and email automation.
  • Expertise in real estate digital funnels (lead generation, nurturing, CRM integration, remarketing).
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and optimize digital campaigns, ROI, and KPIs.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage in-house digital teams and external agencies. Familiarity with emerging technologies
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing leadership, preferably within real estate, property development, or related sectors.
  • Proven success in developing and executing digital strategies that drive sales, brand awareness, and lead generation.
