What you'll be doing:

• Building and sustaining a robust data culture across the organisation
• Managing data flow to ensure it supports development, marketing, and decision-making needs
• Determining the right data to capture and presenting it in formats tailored to stakeholders
• Analysing gameplay, marketing, and economy telemetry data to measure the impact of content, features, and balance adjustments on player experience
• Supporting game teams with facts, insights, and analysis to guide design and development decisions
• Conducting ad hoc analyses for development and performance marketing teams
• Presenting findings and recommendations clearly, with actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams
• Acting as a strategic partner to ensure opportunities and risks are challenged and addressed through quantitative analysis
• Designing new analytical tools in collaboration with the data team
• Leading teams across data science, engineering, analytics, and consumer insights to improve operational processes, reporting systems, and revenue analysis

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, data science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics, working with large and complex datasets
• 2 4 years of experience in the video games industry, with knowledge of mobile game behaviour, economies, and performance marketing
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets on platforms such as Redshift
• Experience with big data platforms such as Hadoop or Splunk (advantageous)
• Advanced knowledge of BI and visualisation tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as R or Python
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing data teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Passion for mobile gaming and user growth
