Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
As part of the development of a next-generation Super App integrating intelligent user journeys (payment, telecom, digital services, e-commerce, etc.), the Group is seeking its future Head of Data & Artificial Intelligence (M/F).
This strategic role involves building, leading, and industrializing a data-driven and AI-native vision, leveraging the latest advancements in LLM, intelligent agents, distributed architectures, and MLOps tools.
You will be at the heart of the innovation strategy, laying the foundations for a modern, ethical, and compliant Data & AI platform with a strong delivery capacity and business impact.
Main tasks:
Data/AI Vision & Strategy
- Define the Data & AI vision across multiple countries and products, aligned with the Group's overall digital strategy.
- Lead the design of a modern data architecture: Data Lakehouse, real-time analytics, streaming, and a cloud-native environment. -
 Structure robust data governance (quality, compliance, accessibility, security, traceability).
- Implement a usage-driven approach that guarantees the value and relevance of AI use cases.
- Deploy a next-generation Data & AI platform
. - Improve personalization, conversion, retention, and operational performance.
Innovation & Use Cases
- Design and industrialize LLM agents, business co-pilots, and intelligent engines embedded in the Super App.
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI use cases: scoring, recommendation, personalization, voice AI, NLP, computer vision, etc.
- Oversee generative AI and intelligent agent initiatives, in collaboration with the Product, Development, Business, Architecture, and Security teams.
- Promote a Responsible AI approach, integrating ethics, transparency, and auditability of models.
- Ensure the rapid deployment of functional AI solutions (MVPs) and their continuous improvement.

Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Mentor the Data Engineering, Data Science, MLOps, NLP, and LLM Engineering teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Support local entities in their data-driven development and skills enhancement.


Desired profile:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) to PhD (Bac+8) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of experience leading high-stakes Data/AI programs, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the industrialization of AI projects (LLM, NLP, scoring, recommendation, voice AI, etc.).
- Strong expertise in the data lifecycle and distributed architectures.
- Knowledge of the telecom, banking, retail, or digital services sectors is a plus.
- Natural leadership, technological curiosity, strong teaching skills, and a delivery-oriented approach.
- Fluency in French and English (knowledge of other regional languages ​​is an asset).

Desired Candidate Profile

Formation Bac+5 Bac+8 en informatique, Data Science, IA ou domaines connexes.

Minimum 8 ans d exp rience dans la conduite de programmes Data / IA fort enjeu, dont 3 ans en r le de leadership.

Exp rience confirm e en industrialisation de projets IA (LLM, NLP, scoring, recommandation, voice AI, etc.).

Solide expertise du cycle de vie de la donn e et des architectures distribu es.

Connaissance des secteurs t l com, banque, retail ou digital services appr ci s.

Leadership naturel, curiosit technologique, sens de la p dagogie et orientation delivery.

Ma trise du fran ais et de l anglais (la connaissance d autres langues r gionales est un atout).
