The International University Hospital of Rabat (HUIR), affiliated with the International University of Rabat (UIR), is a new university hospital center that will open its doors soon. This center of excellence will offer around forty medical and surgical specialties, equipped with a latest-generation biomedical platform. With a capacity of 450 beds and places, this futuristic hospital represents an investment of approximately 2 billion dirhams and will ultimately employ more than 1,200 employees.
Position:
We are looking for competent, dynamic and patient-oriented CARE MANAGERS of the Pole to join the Care Department at HUIR. These managers will manage, coordinate and supervise the paramedical management teams. They will also ensure the quality and safety of care, the optimization of resources and the continuous improvement of professional practices.
Mission
• Ensure the smooth daily operation of the center, by managing and optimizing all the resources necessary to meet the needs of patients and the objectives of the department.
• Supervise the management of stocks of equipment, sterile medical devices and medications within the center.
• Analyze and interpret the center's performance indicators and propose improvements.
• Guarantee the standards of quality and safety of care provided to patients, in accordance with the standards and regulations in force in a process of continuous improvement by ensuring proper management of risks and patient satisfaction;
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of the center's development strategies, in alignment with institutional objectives and community needs.
• Collaborate closely with all medical, medical-technical, support services, and other departments of the establishment.
• Represent the department in institutional meetings by ensuring transparent and effective communication at all levels;
• Supervise continuing education and encourage the professional development of paramedical staff in collaboration with the Human Capital Department.
Profile
• Diploma of Versatile Nurse with a diploma of health manager or equivalent received from a recognized establishment;
• Significant professional experience of at least five (5) years in the management of clinical units in a hospital environment;
• Knowledge of care protocols and hospital procedures;
• Mastery of office automation, management tools and hospital information systems (HIS);
• Mastery of the French language (written and oral);
• Knowledge of the English language is an asset;
• Strong team management and human resources management skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship management skills;
• Ability to manage conflicts, manage stress and make decisions in complex situations;
• Demonstrate autonomy, a sense of responsibility and organization;
• Possess a great capacity for adaptation, an ability to effectively manage one's time and several tasks and projects simultaneously;
• Demonstrate empathy, rigor, great availability and diligence.
