Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support in developing and delivering the annual operational business plans and KPIs for the unit and contribute to performance monitoring and reporting for the unit so that overall objectives are met.

Lead the development and execution of marketing plans and activities, applying best practices to effectively communicate and reinforce the Prize s brand objectives.

Establish and maintain a consistent corporate brand identity across all marketing initiatives and materials produced by the Prize.

Develop and deliver integrated marketing projects, and campaigns to communicate and reinforce the Prize s objectives, positioning the Prize globally, attracting new stakeholders and ensuring lasting brand impact.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing strategies, providing timely and effective adjustments to meet evolving business needs.

Oversee the ongoing enhancement of the Prize s brand identity, including its core values, mission, vision, unique selling points, and brand guidelines, ensuring a strong and consistently applied brand image.

Strengthen the Prize s brand reputation and equity through the delivery of high-impact marketing initiatives.

Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the Prize s brand, including brand identity, core values, as well as brand guidelines and visuals in order to ensure a compelling brand that is consistently represented and promoted.

Contribute to building the brand reputation and equity of the Prize through work with stakeholders and ensure that all marketing and event platforms are leveraged.

Organize and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating policies and procedures.

Manage the team by overseeing their performance management, recruitment, training and development to ensure high levels of engagement and competence and motivated work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 10 years of experience in senior roles in senior marketing and events roles in large and reputable organizations and a proven track record in the management of teams delivering strategic marketing and events projects and objectives or an equivalent experience.

Experience in the UAE gaining strong knowledge and understanding of local rules, regulations, systems and processes related to sustainability.

Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills leading to a consultative approach within a corporate / multifunctional environment.

Strong understanding of the complexity and challenges of driving/building a project delivery culture and strong project management skills.

Knowledge of latest sustainability trends.

Knowledge of latest marketing trends in the industry and beyond

Knowledge of diverse communications media and channels and latest trends.

Strong knowledge of budget management Strong problem solving and decision making skills.

Excellent computer literacy, with strong background in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Excellent ability to plan and organize work and prioritize projects

Excellent time management skills.
