Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of pastries and bakery items.
- Develop new recipes and maintain quality standards.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in bakery operations.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Manage inventory and maintain cost control.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 5 years as Head Chef in Pastry and Bakery.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Smart, presentable, and professional in appearance.
