Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and innovate breakfast-focused menus aligned with brand identity
- Lead daily kitchen operations with precision and efficiency
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and timely service
- Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste
- Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with front-of-house and management for seamless service
- Maintain kitchen equipment and report issues proactively
- Stay current with culinary trends and integrate them into offerings
Desired Candidate Profile
You should have:
- Minimum 6 years experience as a Head Chef in high-volume, upscale casual dining or luxury hotel kitchens
- Proven ability to manage kitchen operations and lead a diverse team
- Strong background in breakfast and brunch menus
- Relevant culinary qualifications
- Fluent English communication skills
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Clear medical and criminal record
- Valid passport
