Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage kitchen operations across outlets and banquet services.
* Design and implement innovative menus aligned with guest preferences and market trends.
* Ensure HACCP and IHG food safety standards are strictly maintained.
* Manage food costs, purchasing, and kitchen inventory controls.
* Recruit, train, and motivate chefs and kitchen staff to achieve excellence.
* Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

Ideal Profile

* 7 10 years of culinary experience, including at least 3 years in a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef role.
* Preferably with IHG brand experience.
* Currently based in the UAE with solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
* Proven expertise in menu development, cost control, and culinary leadership.
* Strong organizational, training, and communication skills.
