Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, determine preferences, take drink orders, and provide recommendations.
- Plan drink menus, promote specials, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Prepare and serve beverages to the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain full knowledge of the menu and upsell items effectively.
- Handle classic cocktails and expand knowledge of off-menu requests.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor bar cleanliness, stock levels, and proper rotation of products.
- Set up and restock displays, handle inventory, and ensure supplies are adequately stocked.
- Operate bar equipment correctly, maintain cleanliness, and follow opening/closing procedures.
- Monitor and update 86 d items in the POS system.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure smooth communication within the team.
- Attend departmental briefings and contribute to team communication.
- Perform other duties assigned by management to support business operations.
