A luxury restaurant in Riyadh is seeking a HEAD BARISTA with exceptional skills, an engaging personality, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, highly skilled in all aspects of coffee preparation, and experienced in creating a variety of drinks, including mocktails and non-coffee-based beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve premium coffee, mocktails, and specialty beverages.
• Lead by example, maintaining top-quality standards and consistency.
• Interact warmly with guests, enhancing their overall dining experience.
• Train and guide junior baristas.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards are met.

Requirements:

• Proven barista experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming personality.
• Expertise in coffee brewing methods, latte art, and beverage creation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
