Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding process for new contingent workforce hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the organization.
- Supervise and manage the offboarding process, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed and exit documentation is completed.
- Oversee and improve operational activities related to contingent workforce management, including maintaining records, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide strategic support for HC operations, including data management, reporting, and leading HC/CW projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless people operations processes and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Mentor and guide junior associates in the contingent workforce team.
Qualifications:
- Experienced 3+ years in HR operations or people operations.
- Proven experience in managing contingent workforce operations.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, reporting and other latest AI tools.
- Ability to manage and integrate multiple data sources and systems.
