Hammer Technician (Hydraulics) Villa Hakatha pvt ltd.

We are looking for a highly skilled Hammer Technician specialized in hydraulics and mechanical systems to support piling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform setup, operation support, and maintenance of hydraulic piling hammers.
• Monitor hydraulic pressures, flow rates, seals, and accumulators during operation to ensure proper performance.
• Inspect and troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical issues in piling hammers.
• Replace or repair hydraulic components, seals, hoses, valves, and accumulators as required.
• Ensure all safety systems and protective devices are functioning correctly.
• Keep accurate maintenance logs, inspection reports, and part replacement records.
• Coordinate with piling rig operators, site engineers, and supervisors to ensure smooth hammer operation.
• Adhere strictly to safety standards, site protocols, and manufacturer’s specifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulics, or related technical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with hydraulic systems in construction, piling, or heavy machinery.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic circuits, accumulators, and pressure regulation systems.
• Ability to diagnose faults in hydraulic and mechanical systems quickly and accurately.
• Familiarity with piling hammers (diesel/hydraulic) and related safety systems.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under demanding site conditions and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
