Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive gynecological examinations to assess women's reproductive health and identify potential issues.
  • Diagnose and treat various conditions such as menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, and hormonal imbalances using advanced techniques.
  • Guide patients through family planning options, including contraceptive methods and fertility treatments tailored to individual needs.
  • Perform routine screenings like Pap smears and breast exams, ensuring early detection of abnormalities.
  • Manage pre-natal and post-natal care, providing emotional support and education to expectant mothers.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care, including referrals to specialists when necessary.
  • Educate patients on reproductive health issues, lifestyle choices, and preventive measures for long-term wellbeing.
  • Stay updated on the latest medical research and advancements in gynecology to provide evidence-based care.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a residency in obstetrics and gynecology, with hands-on training in the field.
  • Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology, demonstrating commitment to professional excellence.
